- Remove vehicles from driveway.
- Remove garbage and recycle containers from the front of the home.
- If you chose to spray down exteriors of the home including concrete please be sure there is ample time for it to dry before the scheduled photo shoot time.
- Remove or coil all garden hoses.
- Open patio umbrellas and set out cushions.
- Remove clutter from bookshelves, mantles, tables, bedrooms, kitchen, and any other areas photographs will be taken.
- Remove personal or family photographs.
- Turn on all lights and replace all burned out light bulbs.
- Turn off all ceiling fans.
- Remove floor coverings or throw rugs if possible.
- Clear kitchen counter tops and remove all pictures and magnets from refrigerator.
- Clear bathroom counter tops, lower toilet lids, and put out nicest towels.
- Remove shower and tub items.
- Make all beds.
- Remove all signs of pets including food or water bowls, pet beds, chew toys, crates, etc.
